International Conference on Microelectronics and Plasma Technology (ICMAP 2018)가 오는 7월 25~28일, 인천 송도 컨벤시아에서 한국진공학회 주관으로 개최됩니다.

특히 올해는 APCPST 2018 및 ISPB 2018과 Joint Conference로 공동 개최 될 뿐만 아니라,

TEL, APPLIED MATERIALS, LAM RESEARCH의 연사를 포함한 100명 이상의 국내외 플라즈마 및 Microelectronics 관련 유명 인사의 초청강연이 확정되어 그 특별함을 더하고 있습니다.

현재 ICMAP 2018의 초록 접수가 지난 2017년 12월 1일 오픈 되어, 현재 접수 진행 중에 있습니다. (초록 접수 마감일 : 4월 30일(월))
